Shipping policy

Processing time All orders are processed within 24 hours of purchase (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).

Shipping time We currently ship to addresses within the United States. Orders arrive within 7–10 business days of processing, and shipping is free on every order.

Order tracking Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your package the whole way.

Delays Occasionally shipments are delayed due to carrier issues, weather, or high demand. If your order is taking longer than expected, contact us at kneadflow@proton.me and we'll look into it right away.

Lost or missing packages If tracking shows your package as delivered but you haven't received it, please check with neighbors and your local post office first. If it's still missing after 3 business days, contact us at kneadflow@proton.me and we'll help resolve it.

International shipping We do not currently offer international shipping outside the United States. We're working on expanding — check back soon.
